Antiblock Masterbatch

Antiblocking properties are essential in plastic films, both for flexible packaging and industrial applications. When two plastic layers come in contact with each other, they have a tendency to stick, leading to blocking. To overcome this problem, an anti-blocking agent is added to create space between two plastic layers. Anti-blocking agents are commonly used in multilayer structure films as they provide the most significant benefits. Blocking is a common issue with polyethylene and polypropylene films but is less of a concern in extrusion-coated or laminated products.
